Processing technology of aluminum profiles
Step 1: Aluminum rod casting
Firstly, the aluminum ingot is heated to a certain temperature for melting, and then a certain amount of alloying elements (magnesium, silicon) are added to the melted aluminum liquid. Finally, the aluminum liquid is poured into a casting machine and cast into round bars with different diameters.
Step 2: Aluminum Alloy Extrusion
Squeezing is a method of processing and shaping aluminum profiles. Firstly, based on the cross-sectional design scheme of the profile product, the mold is produced and manufactured, and the heated round cast rod is extruded from the mold using an extruder.
Step 3: Post extrusion treatment of aluminum alloy profiles:
The straightness of aluminum profiles affects whether they can be used in mechanical equipment, so meeting the straightness standard of aluminum profiles is one of the important criteria for the quality of aluminum profiles. Generally, extruded profiles need to be straightened for straightness.
Step 4: Artificial aging of aluminum alloy profiles
Heating aluminum alloy profiles in an aging furnace to a certain temperature and holding for 2-3 hours can demonstrate the mechanical properties of Bodhi high aluminum alloy profiles, especially their hardness.
Step 5: Surface Treatment
The surface of general aluminum profiles is treated with anodized silver white, which is elegant, beautiful and corrosion-resistant. Usually, after cooling, the finished aluminum profile is produced.
