2. Surface sandblasting: The process of cleaning and roughening the surface of a substrate using the impact of high-speed sand flow. Due to the impact and cutting effect of abrasives on the workpiece surface, the surface of the workpiece obtains a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness, improving the mechanical properties of the workpiece surface. 3. Anodizing: After surface pretreatment of profiles, under certain process conditions, the surface of the substrate undergoes anodizing, forming a fine, porous, and strongly adsorptive aluminum oxide film layer.
4. Sealing pores: The pores of the porous oxide film generated after anodizing are sealed to enhance the anti pollution, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. By utilizing the strong adsorption property of the oxide film before sealing, some metal salts can be adsorbed and accumulated inside the film holes, which can make the surface of the profile appear in many colors other than its natural color (silver white), such as black, bronze, gold, and stainless steel.
